SHIPPING ERRORS

In the event of shipping, or product errors caused by us on an order received kindly contact our office within 24 hours of receiving the order. Arrangements will be made for products to be picked up from you and the additional cost of delivery would be fully borne by us.

If you want to pick it up, kindly visit our walk-in store, where goods were purchased within 24 hours and a swap would be done. We reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges premised on the failure to do any of the following stated above.

 

REFUNDS

No refunds on goods purchased. We offer store credits if the occasion warrants that.

EXCHANGE

We don’t offer an exchange of our products for another as some of our products are of sensitive nature.

Kindly ensure to check the product name, description & size. Ask all necessary questions about a product before payment as we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges premised on the failure to do any of the following stated above.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery within Abuja takes 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery outside Abuja takes 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery outside Nigeria takes 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery during Promo requires that we prioritize early orders to be sent out for delivery to their respective locations before the ones that come after them.

In other words, those who order on the first day will get their orders before those who order on the 3rd and 4th day.

Delivery will begin immediately after Sales. (unless stated otherwise)

 

Express delivery is only available within ABUJA which costs X2 of the actual delivery price.

Deliveries are both doorstep deliveries and office pick-ups.

We try our best to deliver within the time frame given but in events of unpredictable delay such as riots, protests and other road uncertainties, deliveries may be delayed.

 

Please note that Delivery fees are subject to change based on the weight of your package. Our logistics officer may reach out to you to reconcile any discrepancies in fee changes.

  • Once a dispatch company has picked up your order, delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Once all efforts of delivery of your package proved abortive twice, you will have to pay another shipping fee.
  • Once your package has been returned to the office by the logistics company, you have to pay another delivery fee.

PICKUP

A pickup option is available. You are allowed to pick up their orders within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Full details of the person picking up should be given to us prior to pickup for authorization to release your goods.

Leaving your package at our store for more than 5 working days will be categorized under “ABANDONMENT” and ETI SKIN will not be held responsible for your goods.
